Anthony and I (the two shaved heads in black shirts) attended our Phase Two Krav Maga instructor training this past weekend. Three days of beating the hell out of each other. My special thanks to Anthony for carrying me through the whole thing!!! Anthony worked his ass off preparing for this and it showed. I just fed off of him...

- Run 400m
- 15 overhead squats 95#
In all honesty, I only hope to finish this WOD using 65#. Use the appropriate weight for you!
