Top photo: One World pre-Crossfit. Photo taken 3/18/2006, 10 days before I put in a pull-up bar and did my first Crossfit workout. Bottom photo: One World today. We now have 2000 sf of training floor to go along with the 2000' sf of mat. The ring was cool, but it just didn't justify the space for the amount of people that used it. Next on my list of things to get: a cargo net and a couple more climbing ropes. A big thank you to all you folks who keep showing up and making One World possible.

- 30 medicine ball cleans (20# ball)
- 30 push-ups
Full squat on the med ball clean, and the chest and nose touch the deck on every push-up. Enjoy!
