I apologize for the short post. Coaching, training, and lack of sleep have finally caught up to me. Every now and then I have to cash in some serious zzzzz's. I haven't been to bed this early in a long time! Things will be back to normal tomorrow.

Those are Freddy's legs for sure. Look at the silky smooth sheen, the even tan, and lack of calf development. No wonder he missed five times and only hit once, it's hard as hell to shoot straight when you are riding around on a chicken!

This was a fun one, I like the unlimited time in between rounds, Brit and I considered taking in a Happy Hour before finishing the last round, but we had the kids with us. Maybe next time! Speaking of a Happy Hour, since everyone tends to hang around socializing for long periods of time after they finish their WOD I suggest we put in a little bar, dress Freddy up in some hot little outfit (think police uniform with break away pants) and have him mix us up some cocktails. Ladies, are you in???
