Next, come down to One World and watch a group session or participate in the always free Sunday morning workout session (no prior Crossfit experience necessary). Welcome newest One Worlder, Tommy. Big Tommy completed his three private intro sessions and got a little taste of the Koolaid. Tommy jumped right into group training sessions. His first official WOD??? That's right, Fight Gone Bad as rx'd. Awesome job, Tommy, and welcome to the family!

So I came in on my lunch to do the jump squat wod, I had trouble training in my scrubs because the more sweat that built up the more my pants stuck to my legs and kept falling down so that through a monkey wrench in my workout, 97 I think using 65lbs, I know I could of done more but my dam pants.

And that spider monkey Daryl pissed me off because he just kept doing muscle-ups with ease !! grrrr

Hey it was nice to see Mia back again YAY!!!

First I did the WOD today. what a great way to nail those type 2 muscle fibers in the legs.

then I did the 30 muscle ups for time for the first time- 11:12.

Freddy left on my fifth one, and made a comment that he'd be back in an hour when I'd be finishing. I was glad to disappoint you Freddy. My time will get much better, but it's good to finally establish a time on those, so I can begin knocking that time down.

Britny, Jolie even motivates us men to be our best. I love being around her quiet intensity. I think she's a nice example to little girls like my daughter to emulate some day. Keep it up Jolie!

DAM IT !! JOLIE WITH THE OLYMPIC BAR, YOU KNOW THAT IS VERY DISTRACTING TO ME I WILL NEVER LOOK AT A 45LB BAR THE SAME.

As i suggested on the main page, alot of the crossfit girls look better than the guys due to A) Diet, B) They learn form patiently and wont rush a wod in lieu of form..

I walked in today thinking I was going to do 30 muscle-ups (jumping muscle-ups for me)but instead I got sucked in to doing Fran with jacked up legs from yesterday so it went a little something like this "Whats everyone doing today"-ME "Fran do you want to do it?"-everyone else "AAAHHH SH$T" -ME
"God dam it I hate this place"- ME After Fran

I am nor sure what went wrong !! my dam arms felt very weak I could barely do legit pull-ups probably half were good oh well that is what I get for missing so many days now back to the drawing board.

I totaly agree with you Kam that many of the girls do look better then the men, That clip of Eva on the rings when her pecs and shoulders are flexed !! my god amazing the bodies of the crossfit woman look better then some of the fitness woman I have seen.

whoa. awesome video! and, of course, jolie was super hot. LOVE the shot with munchkin!

yeah, taking this perspective has really helped me take a step back and remember form and patience....
Yeah, I am due to do Fran again soon too. But I get nervous even thinking about doing it.
It's something about thrusters that nail me.
