If you are participating in the Qualifier and have not purchased a One World t-shirt, (and you can't afford one) please contact me with your shirt size so I can make sure you have one on the day of the event.
If anyone want's to carpool/caravan to the Qualifier, meet at One World at 5:45 am. We will leave at 6:00 am sharp. People who plan on spending the night can ride together. I'll be coming home Saturday night, but I plan on hanging out for awhile after the day's events.
Remember to bring change of clothes (including a change of workout clothes), tape, chalk, jacket, umbrella, lawn chairs, etc. I'll be bringing one portable canopy. If anyone else has one to bring, we can set up a base camp near one of the cars.

Complete four rounds for time of:
- 250m Row
- 20 box jumps (M:24"/W:20")
- 2 rope climbs
(10-15 min workout)

Coach's Corner: Row 80% of your max...long hard efficient strokes. The rest of the workout should not need to be broken up, but catch your breath before you climb that rope. If you get almost to the top and have to drop off, you have to start that rep all over. It takes longer to do that than if you were to take a few extra breaths to prepare yourself...
