whoa...lot of people feeling sorry for themselves. sack up!

Time to get your snatch on!

My recovery really started about 4 hrs after the WOD...I was lying on the couch eating chocolate covered almonds while watching "Sons of Anarchy"...felt great about an hour later!

I was just looking at some of the old posts the other day and I saw the video where Eric does this WOD to get his name up on the leader board ...weird... This WOD does not look fun at all

Freddy, you forgot the patented 'Will technique'; Finding a quiet corner of the gym and sobbing, then blaming my red eyes on the sweat.

As to yesterday's workout..."Way to go Rowers!"

For today's workout: "Go Snatchers!"

Elevating the feet is to treat shock.
