Thanks Brad. What kind of energy bar do you recommend? Do you protein shake after the WOD as well and then do the full-on breakfast after?

Freddy, how do you program your weeks, and or month? Or, how far out to you program? What is your trainning methodology behind how you program? I am just trying to learn from some of the best in the industry... so any thoughts you have would be appreciated. Thanks.

Daron, on early morning WOD's I usually have a cup of tea and a energy bar. That will usually hold me til the WOD is done and I can eat a real breakfast.

Hey 6:30 am class people. I'm thinking about training first thing in the morning in the summer. But I usually have to eat first otherwise I get light-headed. But the problem is then I gotta wait like 2 hours so I don't puke and I don't want to wake up like at 4:30, so just wondering what your guy's diet is like before you work out at 6:30? Do you just wake up and go?
