Wahoo!!! I'm sooooo happy for you! Now get your butt back here and we do an O-lifting party!!!

Ok guys a few things that helped me, I just did this WOD and was able to hold on for 1;45 for my first one and over a minute for each subsequent round. I think what'll help is if you try a different hand position once you start to feel tired. play w/the width and direction of your fingers. Also, towards the end, REALLY sticking my head "through the window" helped me hang on for those few extra seconds

Anna, try the holds on paralettes. Easier on the wrists.

Now that is a simple workout......not easy......but simple....2 exercises, no equipment.....love it, guys
