Caleb hits full extension during the clean/pull-up/run workout on 9/7/2010. Full extension is an important part of clean. Do you think you looked like this at one point during your cleans today? If you know you did not, why were you unable to hit full extension of the hips?

My quads were on FIRE during this workout. Thanks to Stroud who made us roll our quads out. But even with the rolling, my quads still feel alittle sore. I'm reminded of this workout everytime I walk up any stairs.. (I work on the second floor and I live on the second floor). Nice.

Holy crap! I did this in my backyard (Sonoma) with just 55 pounds and I wanted to die.
The second half of the workout was done on autopilot. Talk about dazed and confused!
Oh yeah, I'm feeling it today from my neck to my knees. Good times. ;-)
