The August PR's are in the books.
You are probably noticing that the PR board was not as crowded as usual. It is the natural order of things when it comes to training and the month of August. It's summertime...it's hot....people go on vacations... vacations tend to lead to an extra week or two off. This has been the same pattern every August since One World opened.
Labor Day weekend means that summer is over. School is back in session. Families get back into their normal groove. That means it is time for those of you who have been chilling at home or out and about on vacation to get your butts back in the gym. Time to start training again!

That was a HORRIBLE WOD!! Plus, Chyna lied and said it will only take 25 minutes!!! She forgot to add the extra 15 minutes...
