Calcium is trace mineral found in many foods. Is it widely available? Can I buy it at a store near me?

I READ UP A BIT ON WHAT'S IN THE STUFF AND IT SEEMS PRETTY LEGIT TO ME I'VE NEVER BEEN VERY BIG ON SUPPLEMENTATION, BUT I'M REALLY EXCITED ABOUT GIVING THIS STUFF A TRY!! @ ANGELA: NOT SURE IF I'LL BE THERE. GOTTA SEE HOW MY KNEE FEELS. I HAVE BEEN HITTING THE SNATCH HI-PULLS AND JERKS, THOUGH!!

I thought this was a pretty interesting article. I wasn't aware of this issue with protien drinks and powders, I'd have to imagine most people aren't. Anyways not saying this new prduct isn't legit, just something to think about.

I suggest that one member should take a placebo, with out having knowledge of it. You need to have a negative control. If you are already expecting a positive outcome then you might perceive it. A 3rd party should decide this and place it the ingredient for 5 days in unmarked plain containers. The shiny packaging and pictures of muscly dudes might create a placebo effect. But otherwise I am curious to see how this experiment plays out. Thank you for the post freddy.
