Left the house at 6:15 am. I worked the 12 hr + shift, then hit the gym to train before a quick dinner of pho. I finally got home at 9:30 pm. I'm beat. This is all I got......lol.
A few of us ProAnox sponsored athletes at the NorCal 40. I told you my snatch was painful to watch!!!! At least I can say I was one of the 13 out of 56 men that finished the workout. I'm actually pretty proud of that!

WORKOUT 2/11/2012
The 9 am Saturday session is cancelled, but there is open gym from 9 am until 12 pm.
- 5 x 5 back squat (rest 3 minutes between sets)
Rest 10 minutes, then.....
Complete 3 rounds for time of:
- 20 wall balls (M:20#/W:14#)
- 10 ring dips
