The workouts for this event are AWESOME! Big news. Josh Courage has reconsidered the timeline for the workout and gave all of us football fans a break. The competion will not infringe on Super Bowl Sunday. It will be a one day event. I'd love to compete in this competition, but I'd like to have a few One Worlders reppin' with me. WORKOUT 1/17/2013
Thursday's session is going to be fast paced! Start a running clock after your warm-up and do the following:
- 7 minutes to perform a one rep max bench press
Then take 2 minutes to transition to:
- 10 minutes to do a 3 rep max effort back squat
Then take 2 minutes to transition to:
Within 12 minutes perfom "Annie" for time:
50/40/30/20/10 reps for time of:
- Double unders (sub single unders X 2)
- Abmat sit-ups
Then:
- Perfom as many handstand push-ups as possible in 5 minutes.

Workout looks like fun, except I just did Annie Monday night and my abs are KILLING me! Lol!!
