WORKOUT 1/16/2013
- 8 x 2 hang power clean
Then....
Start a running clock. Do one hang power clean (M:135#/W:95#) and one lateral jump burpee. Then do one hang power clean and two burpees. Then do one hang power clean and three burpees. Continue adding a one burpee after every hang power clean. How far can you go in 10 minutes?
Perform a lateral jump burpee by doing a burpee and jumping laterally over your barbell. Both feet leave the ground at the same time and land at the same time. Post your score as the amount of lateral jump burpees completed in a full round plus the amount of lateral jump burpees you finish with. For example- If I do 12 burpees and then time runs out when I have only completed 7 of 13 burpees, my posted score would be "12+7."

Hey Freddy. The four of us from Daly City PD passed our Level 1 and are planning on going to this seminar. It looks exactly like what we need to get Crossfit fully integrated into our PD fitness program. Thanks again for the help leading up to the Level 1.
