I got the TV situation dialed in! The One World Super Bowl Party is happening. The game will be in high definition, and I am bringing my sound system from home. Here are the details..... Doors open at 2pm (or earlier if someone else wants to open up). Bring your own chairs, or beanbags, or couch, or recliner, or blankets. Whatever you need to get comfortable. Bring your own food and drink. We have a BBQ pit to fire up if you need to cook something. Feel free to bring anything edible that you'd like to share. We will have ice chests, plates, utensils, and napkins available. Bring a few dollar bills so we can play LCR! Bring any of your friends. Bring all the booze you want, but please have a designated driver to get you home. If you get too drunk, you can sleep at the gym, but there is a group session at 6:30 am on Monday morning. They can roll you off the floor if needed.
DO NOT BRING CHILDREN. Sorry, this is an adults only event.
We'll need everyone to help us clean up afterward so the gym is ready to go at 6:30 am on Monday.

Since we are expanding the schedule, keeping everyone on track to finish in the hour timeframe is going to be your coach's job. I am going to help by putting time caps on certain workouts. I like this. It means you won't need to concentrate so much on being "RX'd" and concentrate more on learning what you are capable of doing and how hard you can push yourself.

- Chest to bar pull-ups
15 minute time cap. Scale accordingly.
