Same here to? What does a crossfit makes big difference than P90X and even the Sprint 8 fitness training? In relation to this, I want to know if it is true that when we are working out, our body looses water and even energy and nutrients from sweat? I've also read at http://products.mercola.com/zinc-supplements/ that zinc is important when working out since it is a good defense while we are doing our workout.

Simple question.

Why do crossfit? why not do the same circuit training that people have done for 50 years? What's the difference? Kipping pullups? 20% slop?
