WORKOUT 3/11/2013
- 5 x 3 back squat
Then....
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 7 deadlifts
- 7 hang power cleans
- 7 front squats
- 7 shoulder to overhead
The weights for this workout are 95# for men and 65# for women. To do this workout "As Prescribed", each round must be completed without taking your hands off the bar. Rest as needed between rounds.
