Dan K. participated in OWMA's first yellow belt seminar and belt test in the Krav Maga System on 8/26. He was awesome!! Dan's 110% effort was rewarded with a date with Pukie at the end of the test. The coolest ending to a KM test that I have ever seen!!! Hey Dan, I don't think they recycle energy bars and Gatorade....
Three rounds for time of:
10 sprints (20 yards each with a partner giving resistance by holding a belt around your waist.)
10 dumbbell push press
Increase weight each round
Rest 5 minutes and perform 30 GHD back extensions and 30 GHD Sit-ups.
