Here's a site that was passed on by Lisette DaRosa, and is full of paleo recipes, but remember, you are still sticking to 50 grams or less of carbohydrates if you want to lose weight. Paleo is a healthy way to live and maintain what you fight for, but until you are at your goal weight, stay on the ketogenic path.

Caleb, I use them.. they're great for keeping me in check. I got a jar of 50 sticks for about $8 @ Walmart's pharmacy.
