Austin is the head trainer of CrossFit Unlimited. After 8 years of working in the fitness industry he thought that he knew it all, until he was introduced to Crossfit. After doing his first CrossFit WOD he was instantly hooked. Now Austin is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer and holds a CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certification. He is also a head trainer for CrossFit HQ at various level 1 certifications. He believes that knowledge, passion, and "practicing what you preach" are what make him successful at coaching a wide range of athletes.
Brad completed his Crossfit Level I certification in February of 2007. Brad also has obtained a black belt rank in Krav Maga, Kenpo, Hosinsul, and Tae Kwon Do. Brad has fought for a national kickboxing title and his fights have been televised on ESPN. Brad has been actively coaching and participating in martial arts and fitness for over 30 years. Brad is one of the owners of One World Self Defense and Fitness.
Chong heard a buzz about Crossfit while hanging out at the local indoor rock climbing facility, City Beach in Fremont, CA. After trying a workout at One World, he was hooked! Chong completed his Crossfit Level I Trainer Certification in March of 2008. Chong continues to inspire all at One World with his amazing workout results day in and day out. Besides being a trainer and super athlete at One World, Chong is also completing med school.
I am the head trainer of Crossfit One World and one of the owners of One World Self Defense and Fitness. I am a Level II certified Crossfit trainer, a Crossfit HQ head trainer, a Krav Maga Level II trainer, a SWAT operator, and a POST certified defensive tactics instructor.

Joe started training Jiu-Jitsu at One World in the early months of 2006. Joe decided he needed to step up his conditioning and had his first taste of the Crossfit Kool-Aid in August of 2006. The rest of his story is history. Joe slowly increased his fitness level, but then tweaked his nutrition and saw HUGE increases in his overall fitness performance. After becoming one of the top performers day in and day out, Joe decided he wanted to share his love for Crossfit with others. Joe completed his Crossfit Level I Trainer Certification in March of 2008. Joe also completed the Crossfit Barbell Certification in December of 2007 and the Crossfit Olympic Weightlifting Certification in February 2008.
Jolie completed her Crossfit Level II certification in July of 2007. Besides being a trainer at One World, Jolie is a Head Trainer with the Crossfit HQ Trainer Certification Team. Jolie won Top Female Overall at the 2007 Crossfit Games. Jolie is also a certified Pilates instructor, a SWAT team member, and a life long athlete.
Coming from a sport background, including tennis, track & field, basketball, cross country, and soccer, Mia was looking for more than treadmills and weight machines. She was introduced to Crossfit in June 2007, and became hooked. She admits to the challenge and competition being an addiction. Although Mia has suffered many injuries in her athletic career, she believes that the functional movements used in Crossfit have led her to become pain free. Crossfit has improved her mental toughness, posture, strength, and overall health. She is passionate about the human body and human movement, graduating from Fresno State with a degree in Kinesiology. She is pursuing her Masters in Motor Development at San Jose State. Mia completed her Crossfit Level I certification in March 2008. Outside of One World, she is a Senior Event Coordinator at City Beach, Fremont.
