Angela is a certified USA Olympic Weightlifting Association Club Coach and a Level 1 Crossfit trainer. She frequently holds weightlifting clinics at many of the Bay Area Crossfit boxes. She started competing in weightlifting in 2002 and has been continuing to weightlift ever since. Two years ago, she found Crossfit and did it as a way balance out some of her weightlifting activities and incorporates both disciplines in her workout regimen. Angela enjoys the challenge of removing the mystery of complex Crossfit and weightlifting movements and coaching athletes to kick ass! When she’s not coaching or working out, Angela is kicking balls at the soccer field, whacking balls on the handball court, or advising technology companies as a tech lawyer in the Silicon Valley.
Brad completed his Crossfit Level I certification in February of 2007. Brad also has obtained a black belt rank in Krav Maga, Kenpo, Hosinsul, and Tae Kwon Do. Brad has fought for a national kickboxing title and his fights have been televised on ESPN. Brad has been actively coaching and participating in martial arts and fitness for over 30 years. Brad is one of the owners of One World Self Defense and Fitness.
I was first introduced to Crossfit by head trainer, Freddy Camacho. After I met Freddy, I began obsessively perusing Crossfit One World's site and www.crossfit.com. I was most impressed by how strong and athletic the women were. I started training at Crossfit One World in January 2008 and have been hooked ever since. In September 2008 I received my Level I Certification and began my internship as a trainer. Being a trainer has now become another passion. Getting people to recognize their hidden potential has been the most gratifying part of being a trainer. The members of our box make One World the awesome place it is! "Train to not suck at life!"
Chong heard a buzz about Crossfit while hanging out at the local indoor rock climbing facility, City Beach, in Fremont, CA. After trying a workout at One World, he was hooked! Chong is currently a Crossfit Level II Trainer and a member of the Crossfit HQ trainer staff. Besides being a trainer and super athlete at One World, Chong is also completing med school.

The first time I saw a video of Jolie Gentry hitting a WOD I couldn't imagine what I would be capable of. Matter of fact, I was intimidated and avoided CrossFit for a time. However, the appeal was greater than the fear and I soon found myself here at One World hitting workout after workout, eager to share and teach whatever knowledge I have gained. Each time I step into the box is a humbling experience. I not only learn more, but I get to work with people who constantly fight to achieve their goals.
