- Age: 44~~ Height: 5'8"~~ Weight: 185#~~ Affiliate: CrossFit One World~~ Crossfitting since 3/28/2006~~ 2007 CrossFit Games competitor (11th place)~~ 2008 CrossFit Games competitor (24th place)~~ 2009 CrossFit Games Affiliate team member~~ I am on a quest to try and qualify for the 2010 CrossFit Games. I'll have to go through the NorCal Sectionals first and then the Western Regional. I'm 44yo, and I am smart enough to know that my chances to qualify for the the 2010 CrossFit Games are slim, but I am committed to training hard for the quest. Austin Begiebing of CrossFit Unlimited is programming for me. He programmed for Jason Khalipa the last two years, so I know I am in good hands. This is my training log.
