The Breakfast Club did Boys vs. Girls on the 9/11 WOD. At the end of the 6:30 class, the boys were clearly dominating, but then Caroline and Samantha came in at 7:30 and beat EVERYONE'S time....I got to give this one to the girls!!!

1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (Seven sets, one rep each set)
Yes, the entire workout is only seven lifts. Start at a decent weight and increase each set. Rest as long as you want between sets. As always, include a good warm-up prior to the lifts. Post your weights to comments.
