"The Filthy Fifty"
Complete the following for time:
- 50 Box jump 24" box
- 50 Jumping pull-ups
- 50 Kettlebell swings (35# dumbell)
- 50 Walking Lunge steps
- 50 Knees to elbows
- 50 Push press 45#
- 50 Back extensions
- 50 Wall ball shots 20#
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double unders or 250 jump ropes
This pretty much hits everything we did this week in one awesome workout. Permission to rest on Sunday is granted!!!!!
Nice work this morning everyone...that was HORRIBLE wasn't it?!?!?! That's two days in a row I thought i was going to get intimate with Pukie!!
