This Crossfit One World client (name withheld to protect the innocent) is either: a) searching the dumpster for recyclables, b) providing me with the golden opportunity to plug our very good friends at Union City Auto Body (www.unioncityautobody.com), or c) getting intimate with everyone's best friend, Pukie.... I guess WOD 3/7/2007 was a little harder than expected.
WOD 3/8/2007
Complete as many round as you can in 20 minutes of:
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 hang power cleans
- 10 push press
Rx the workout at 95# men's weight and 65# women's weight. Use the same weight for all three exercises
I made it through the workout!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to Disneyland.

where were you last friday? I subbed muscle-ups for ring dips. 55 muscle ups in one workout enuff for you?
