45 Squat Cleans 135#
45 RD'd
45 more DU's
Total time = 17:17

Monday's .com -

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

13 Rounds + 5 Pull-ups

Have fun Freddy!!! I totally want to go to Japan. I have a lot of running friends that live there.

I want to agree with you that the trainers at One world are the best.. Thanks to Raz today for training us even though he didn't realize he was suppose to be training us today.
My form sucked because I was sick and now I will pay the price ;(
