Please one more post about that.I wonder how you got so good. This is really a fascinating blog, lots of stuff that I can get into. One thing I just want to say is that your Blog is so perfect

Believe it or not, the correct answer to every question is A, B, and C -- even that Saturday afternoon snooze! According to the growing "Stealth Health" movement, sneaking healthy habits into our daily living is easier than we think.

i am lookin for a good salt/ sugar scrub that i can buy in the UK (boots ect) lots of suggestions especially something that smells really nice :) i would like to spend no more than £20 preferablly

thank you !!

Oh... I guess that would work too

Lancaster we just tell them to go play outside.

You know what I say to that screaming kid on the plane? " Hey kid!!! Shut the F##k up!!! Or I will hang you by you toes!!! You want that?"
And they stop

..hahhh, sugar-free my ass.. You don't have to take them home afterwords, dear Clone sister of mine.....

Great post, Freddy.
I am guilty of giving my nephews money for the vending machine. Most of the time they go after the gum. Sugar free gummy bears? Sugar free life savors? Something like that?

As a parent that gives their kids money for the vending machine, I'm all for boycotting it (sorry Zvi). Thanks for pulling out the candy machine too.

I have been toying with cutting sugar out of my kids diet for a couple of weeks now. My kids are really negatively impacted by sugar and I would hate to set them up with a hard habit to break.
Pat and Lara are right, I had a peach tonight and it was almost too sweet.

Zvi, Think Thin bars at TJ's are sugar and gluten free and taste pretty good too.

I totally understand Patrick...carrot juice tastes like dessert when you haven't had fake sugar for a long time. Even romaine lettuce tastes sweet to me now. Although, it was MUCH harder to give up peanut butter.

As for little kids eating sugar on planes...welcome to my life! 9 times out of 10 if there is a screaming kid on the plane, the parents give them candy to shut them up. And then they can never fall asleep and they remind me of why I could never be a nanny....

GREAT post Freddy.

Hey Zvi... Larabars are yummy and Paleo. (most of them)

Kicking sugar is not easy but once you do an apple almost seems too sweet. Started a pretty strict Paleo diet about a month ago and have lost 10 pounds. Anyone going to the Paleo Brands Seminar on the 19th?
