Thanks for programming the Horrible Hundred workout. Did the workout today with slightly lower weights (90kg/40kg/30kg/20kg) and finished 10'37".

That WOD WRECKED me....I was so wrecked after the WOD that I placed a band aid on the wrong finger and didn't even realize it until 30 minutes later....Have not felt like this for a long time...It must of been one of Chong's creations...

There are those workouts that come around and you instantly remember it. A sick stomach quickly shoots to your stomach and you immediately think of reasons why you cant make it to the gym. I have to work, I have to paint the house, I dont have a ride....ect....

The horrible hundred is one of those work outs. Im not sure I have a ride to they gym

Sweet the Level 1 Cert on the Main Site opened up! for One World... I just saved my spot. Anyone else going to take it?

Anna, start at deads and strip weight off the bar...

So do we start with dead lifts and strip weight or OHS and add weight?

Sounds like...fun?

My hamstrings and butt started hurting just looking at this workout.
