Hey Heather, sorry I was out of town in San Diego for the Olympic Lifting Certification so I just got your post regarding your back squats! Right on woman! You are sooo strong and such a great athlete and I love that you are feeling so much more confident about your lifts. Muscle ups...pr in back squats...stand by Crossfit Games next year...Heather you're going to rock it!
