I have to eat eggs every morning....Think im addicted to eggs!!!

A regular breakfast is 2 eggs with 2 oz of cheese, 1 waffle with syrup, 12 almonds or 24 pistachios. Sometimes I will sub the cheese with ham and the waffle with fruit like apples or oranges.

three soft boiled eggs and a small salad, no dressing. Sometimes I opt for white toast, no butter, instead of the salad. Delicious..

egg, turkey and cheese breakfest sandwich, white toast, no salt, and several large cups of coffee (1/2 and 1/2) no sugar.

then, i have to listen to the huzband sing....or was it whine?

I like california omelet sans the cheese, handful of either almonds, pine nuts or macadamia dry roasted and salt free. And what ever fresh fruit is in season.

medium rare steak (at least 9 oz); three poached eggs; and a side of steamed broccoli and cauliflower! Yum!!! Definitely keeps me happy for a while.

My early morning meal consists of me biting my pillows as I fantasize about some beautiful woman cooking me breakfast.

Usually get this in about 4-5 times a week. The other days are just a basic protein drank while I do 'Arnold' poses in the mirror.

I like going to Baldies on Saturdays and ordering Corn Beef Hash with Eggs and a Half order of French Toast with butter and lots of syrup!!!

Typical Breakfast consists of Hamburger Patty and Carrots with a large cup of coffee

My breakfast consists of 4 fried eggs with bacon bits avocado and salsa, with a cup of strong persian tea. Had my physical 6 months ago and no cholestoral problems. Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day

I confess, until coming to one world I was an egg yolk seperater but NO MORE - fat is king! I keep a mental list of stuff that I eat at least every other day in no particular order it is: whole eggs, whole raw milk, nuts, avacado, sprouted grain bread, brown rice, raw milk cheese, fatty fish, meat/chicken with fat or skin on, green vedge, fruit, kombucha, dark chocolate and beer. The biggest benefit? now I have enough energy for my family, business, WOD and lifes good.......

frosted flakes with sliced banana... if i'm lucky, maybe a white chocolate mocha from starbuck too.

1/2 cup egg substitute (Costco)with 1 slice Turkey Bacon, Chopped Green Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Tomatoes with guacamole on top. 1 Kiwi. 2 cups green tea. EVERYDAY.

I find that the hatred for the daily WOD keeps my stomach full throughout the whole day. Couple that with shame and regret for dinner and I got a full belly!

On days where it's too hot too cook,(I live in Virginia), I like Greek Yogurt w/ blueberries and walnuts in it. Greek yogurt has 15 grams of protein per serving!

Scrambled eggs w/ cheese and green peppers. Salsa poured on top completes it. :)

1/2 cup oatmeal, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, glass of whole milk. A teaspoon almond butter in the oatmeal for flavor.

I cook this at work so it's all microwave. Good trick - 1/4 cup dry oatmeal and 1/2 cup water. high for 1 minute. Remove, add the 3 raw eggs and a splash of milk, mix well - 3.5 minutes on 60-70%. Mix in almond butter for a little extra umph.

My breakfast is four hard boiled eggs chopped up with either guacamole from Coscto (really good) or avocado. Then a generous helping of salsa. I've never tried the bacon before today though. I chopped it up and put in with the eggs. Fantastic. Oh and a large cup of coffee.

I do a large batch of eggs for the week so that way Tia and I can save time in the morning.

My favorite breakfast is just a twist on yours Freddy: Three eggs (over med), a side of bacon, tomato slices, and avocado. And, yes I love the yoke.

Gotta agree with Freddy on the eggs. Mine come straight from 7 organic free range hens that live in my backyard. The yolks from those ladies are a slice of heaven. I eat at least 2 a day and sometimes more--no cholesterol problems here. Also, a great source of protein for kids. My daughter gets a hard boiled egg in her lunch 3 days a week.
My breakfast: 2 eggs poached or fried, 2/3 cup oatmeal with almonds and cinnamon, coffee with a little steamed milk. So good and lasts me through my 2 morning workouts.

Frankenberries cereal...or Count Chocula, whichever is on sale that week at Target.

Afghanistan chow hall breakfast: I get two "to-go" plates. They each contain 3 eggs fired hard, about 4 to 5 pieces of bacon, and whatever fruit is being served, except for bananas.

At home in the kitchen: 3-4 eggs scrambled hard, 2-3 sausage links, 2-3 pieces of bacon, bowl of blueberries, strawberries, sliced apple, raspberries.

I think I'm going to start adding the tomato to it.

I've been digging your CF site for a month now from Colorado (Denver PD) and have to say it's one of the best... wish I lived there to be a part of it.

As far as BF goes, this CF'er eats a big bowl of Fiber One cereal before I head out for the gym and a.m. WOD, followed up with 50g of protein drink.

But all that other stuff is good too!

I totally agree Freddy, After a BFast of 2 strips of Bacon with the fat on and 3 or 4 Eggs fried in the bacon's fat all covered with a bit of parmesan cheese I am good till well into the afternoon and I look forward to it every morning.

favorite breakfast is a big old stack of flat jacks with maple syrup.
