Hey guys! Just wanted to share a success story. Just came back from Deadlifts (I'm a couple of days behind). Since Feb. 2, I've increased my Deadlift 3-rep max from 235# to 255# and my 2-rep max from 245# to 260#! Thanks so much for the programming, Freddy. I'm totally stoked right now. I don't even know how this happened. Back squats are also sky-rocketing. I weighed in around the same at 150 today.

I am still a double under moran, so doing 20 will be my first 30 day goal.

That jump rope look sooooo loooong. Pretty cool pic!

Nice, Angela! Just think if I increased that same ratio to my cleans, I'd clean like 400#! (which is what you clean now anyway, right?)

Speaking of goals and double unders, Freddy, I want you to know that I have a new PR for doubleunders myself. It has increased from 2 to 5! But that was yesterday. Today may be another story. Thanks to Brad, Cheryl, Rita, and Chris for their help on my skipping makeover!

Freddy, maybe you and I will have a double under skip off when you return!
