Daron, The way I see it if you just regrip and go it is all good but if you spend any lentgh of time to relax and recover , say 30 seconds then I would say try to hit one more rep (6) to make up for the lost time. That is, if this is your LAST set of five which is supposed to be MAX effort.

Daron, I think as long you keep your hands on the bar it's good.

Hey guys, Does it count as a failed set on the DL's if you have to re-grip at the bottom?

Freddy, you might want to consider having them at the desk and if someone needs a stopwatch they can sign one out and back in before they leave, that way if someone forgets or inadvertently tosses it in their bag you can track it.

So, who's signed up for the sectionals?? They're coming up pretty quick. I think I'm going to change from volunteer to participant. Kinda freakin' out, but it will be a great experience. ;0)
