Loved it! Nice shoes.

I like the both of hoes shared by you. It is reliable and comfortable for long running and traveling. Good stuff Man !

Had an older pair several years ago, and forgot how much I love them. This blog post reminded me, so I just bought a pair of the Nike Free TR.

Used them today on Pyramid Double Helen. Love the shoes so far.

Thanks!

the Ninja said it best, "shoes are for mortals"

The human foot is the result of millions of years of evolution. Who needs shoes???

I do alot of lateral training, too. Multi-directional jumps, sprints, etc, and I love my f-lite 220's by inov8. I have the 230's that don't work as well for that stuff. my 2 cents worth...

Jeromy,
I just like stirring up the shit. I am sure the five fingers are cool, but I wouldn't be caught dead in them.....lol

Freddy,

I met you a while back at the US Final Banquet last year and really enjoy your posts plus I am a shoe whore too. I recently bought the inov 8's and love them. Could you give your take on the Vibrams, why don't you like those? Besides looking stupid.

Thanks,

Jeromy

Chris, I just read your post. Naming your son Bruce Lai would have been money!! I think your wife should really reconsider.

vibram five fingers work pretty well for lateral stuff too. But then you'd look like a tool.

Sounds like Freddy is the Imelda Marcos of One World! Or is this a new episode of Sex in the City!

Nike has come out with variations on these Free Trainers for a while now. I have an older pair and love them for most WODs (although gravel sure loves to stick in the soles of these shoes). Glad you found them.
