We are O-lifitng on Saturday between 10 am and noon. This session is open to all who have taken a private session or clinic from me.

Who's in?

Wow, we really had a full house today at noon... it was kinda cool! Even though it can get a little crowded and we have to juggle equipment, I like the atmosphere of a full class..

Anyway, as far as the workout,
Since I can't do more than 2 double unders unbroken, I think I'll do Rita's workout.. besides, I've been eager to try them dang ropes one of these days.

Hmm, rope climbs or double unders. Are these really my only 2 choices? Christ...

Marty, you need to stretch out your psoas (pronounced so-as) muscles. Seriously, it's a real muscles group. Look it up and get to stretching.
