re: the workout...
I did GHD w/o the full rom... brutal...
but double unders are coming together for me! I think it's a rhythm thing. I managed to do 15 unbroken towards the end. And if I try to kinda fold and push my but back w/o too much knee bend instead of really trying to jump, it kinda saves energy..
