I'm drunk. Whatever.

That 400m lunge soreness sneaks up on you a day or so later and lingers around for a couple more.

-insert evil wicked laugh here-

Food? I can't even walk to the kitchen. I am crippled from yesterday's 400M lunges.

Double down at KFC sounds excellent!!! I'm starving!! But the challenge has forced me to get creative...

I like to go to KFC and get the grilled double down. That's right, I have high standards. Who needs veggies? ;)

if I don't feel like or don't have time to prepare a lunch, I'll usually go to chipotle and ask for a burrito in a salad version with double meat, double bell pepper and onion mix, double salsa and w/o the beans, cheese and sour cream. And I'll add a fat scoop of guacamole.

The good thing is that their meat is now hormone/antibiotic free and its totally paleo. Sometimes I'll include a bit of cheese or beans.

The 20 rep squat program sounds very good and i maybe will join it. Initially i wanted to start with 'pins into pillars' from pavel. Have you heard about it?

squat 10 x 5 (sets x reps) start with 50% 1RM
increase by 5lbs/10lbs* every workout. 3 times a week as long as you can stand it! :-) (usually 4 weeks)

* depending on your 1RM.

I'm curious what the difference is, because on the first sight they look pretty similar.

Mmmmmmm ... Brussel sprouts!!!!!

So true... Not many healthy eating establishments in the city I work in so tonight I went to a local burrito place and had them make me a plate with chicken, sauteed veggies, lettuce, some guac and salsa. They looked at me like I was crazy and asked about 10 times if I was sure I didn't want rice, beans or tortillas. It was really good and only cost me about $5.50!
