I remember this WOD. It was horrible. It ranks right up there with the Monday max rep bodyweight backsquat/ring dip horror. I cursed Chong and freddy for days...

THIS IS A COOL WOD. DONE IT TWICE.

Very cool WOD. Have you ever tried The "Basic" 25? I just did it today. It is 25 each of BS, FS, OHS, press, PP, PJ, DL, Clean, Snatch. Can't remember where I saw it, but it was taxing for sure.
