God luck with the 20 rep challenge. I've done this a few times in the past, and the results are undeniable. While the 20 rep set is brutal, the mental challenge is the real issue. Knowing whats coming each time (especially with twice a week) can become demoralizing. Stick with it though!

WHAAA!!! Its so big!! ^_^ I guess I cant lift it up..hehehe
