This is why CrossFit One World is a cut above the rest.

I miss the Wendler workouts and the 8-12 minute assistance workout afterwards.

And thanks for the input, Freddy. Only problem (regardless of order) is the inevitable ebb in motivation between...

Fair point, Roger. This will be my only CF day of the week though, so I'm willing to bust it if I have some time to recover. We'll see how I feel once I actually show up to the gym.

If you truly did the power hour
you wouldn't have anything in the tank for a metcon.

I don't think you can do them both unless you live at the box and have all the time in the world to recover.

Just my opinion. I think you have to choose

I do strength first....works best for me.

For any and all: When doing both workouts, which would you suggest doing first? Like Freddy said, I'm usually too smoked to do strength after conditioning but wanted some other thoughts. Following the programming in Denver by the way.
