Tuesday morning at the gym started with a conversation between David and I regarding how much we both hated to lift weights early in the morning. Apparently, the wee early hour turned out not to be an issue for David. He hit a new personal best with this deadlift of 410#. Great job. His co-workers will be wondering all day why he has a big stupid smile on his face....
Not a lot of things in life are more satisfying then hitting a new personal best in a lift, especially when you aren't expecting to get a big lift. I can't think of a better way to start the day.
