4 am wake up on Tuesday. 4:30 am wake-up on Wednesday. It's 10 pm on Wednesday night and I have another 4:30 am wake-up on Thursday. Must get to sleep! In between pulling over soccer moms for speeding today, I started working on a great post about training with intensity. I just ran out of gas to finish it tonight. Hopefully I can get it up tomorrow night.

WORKOUT 1/6/2011
Continuing the bodyweight trend this week:
"Lynne"
Complete five rounds of:
- Max reps body weight bench press
- Max pull-ups
This is not a timed workout. Attempt max reps at body weight of bench press, then calmly proceed to the pull-up bar and attempt max reps of pull-ups. Rest no more than four minutes between rounds. Post total reps of bench press and pull-up for all five rounds. Your scaling options for bench press are 75% body weight, 50% body weight, and less than 50% body weight. If you are doing band assisted pull-ups, it's max reps until you let go of the bar. If doing jumping pull-ups, it's max reps without pausing.

- 2 front squats at 70% of 1 rep max
- 1 box jump as high as possible
Then,
- Press 5/5/5
- Push Press 3/3/3
- Push Jerk 1/1/1

Yeah, odd to me, Khalid (heard you were one of the 630 crew) being an after work doing WOD dude...now doing mornings... great way to start the day, though.

I feel your pain about waking up early Freddy. I've been waking up at 4:30 mon-fri for the last 6 weeks and I stll havent adjusted. I'm like a dang zombie!!!
