Dang...those reverse hypers are harder than they look. Gonna have to work on those, but I can see how doing them would make both your squat and your DL better and stronger.

So far so good. I don't have any crazy strong lifters here. I put 200# on it and it worked no porblem. Its half the price of some of the other ones so it will serve its purpose for me.

Hey Freddy,

What are your thoughts on the build quality of the Rogue Reverse Hyper. I have heard some less than stellar things about it, but that info was second hand. I would be interested to hear from someone that actually owns it. Many thanks.

Juan has definitely been taking it to the next level since he started just a few months ago. He has tons more potential too!
