Its hard. Not a lot of peeps want to do the work you have to do in crossfit.

Best wishes.

I work out in my garage in sunny so cal, I check One World every day for insight and inspiration. I do have a question since the title of todays post is 'Why'? How do you get your spouse interested/excited in working out?

How much rest between the rounds of 5o% 55% and 60%

I have the jump snap and it is pretty good. A lot easier than regular jump roping, but who knows if it is really better.

I am adopting the Power Hour as my strength training program for a period of time yet to be determined. I am excited. I will let you know what I think of it in a couple of months.

The best way to workout is though the Nintendo Wii Where you can dance like Michael Jackson and if you make a drinking game out of it.... the laughs are a great ab workout

Actually, high intensity jumproping can burn up to 20 calories a minute. 20 x 60 = 1200.

Now go double under for an hour.....

That commercial said jumping rope burns up to 1200 calories per hour.. jesus christ, now they're flat out lying.. I doubt that even a 7 foot 600lb man doing tabata powercleans w/1000 kilos for an hour could burn that much.

Chyna! Freddy!
You guys rock!!! I "see" so much though your travels!
