Pardon my ignorance, but can someone shed light on the power hour rep scheme? Is it saying 3 cycles(?) for a total of 10 sets? Level weight within each cycle and, I assume, increase weight for the 3 cycles. Any 1RM % guidance? Rest? Thanks!
