So fun article is! I know more from it.

too eatt dee poopoo!

Freddy, you've outdone yourself with this post, bro!

hahaha

Look, I'm gonna just say it here in the comments. I am an atheist. I have absolutely no belief in a "god" whatsoever. I treat people the way I want to be treated. It's as simple as that for me. I am the happiest dude on this planet. I live a stress free life, and I believe that once I am dead that is it. There is nothing else. These are my beliefs and I don't EVER try and talk someone else into believing the same thing or argue that my beliefs are right or their's are wrong. Religion is a very personal experience and deeply rooted for many people. What is the point in trying to force your beliefs on others??

I admire that Gar has strong belief in his faith. BUT, I find his thoughts regarding homosexuals offensive and I can't stand that he choses the ONE WORLD blog to voice his religious beliefs. It is against everything that the name "ONE WORLD" stands for.

Lets drop this thread now. Way to play downer on a funny post....

If homosexual behavior results in eternal separation from God (God is love), and places said person in the fires of hell, then how is accepting such destructive behavior loving?

None of us would allow a loved one to lift a heavy weight from the floor with a rounded back. Nor would we hold our tongue if someone ignorantly taught that doing so was OK. No one with compassion would keep silent knowing such behavior could result in serious injury. What about a behavior the leads to death, even eternal death in hell?

The serpent in the Garden of Eden told Eve that she would not die if she ate from the forbidden tree. Eve was deceived by Satan into thinking that she could violate God’s law and live. She died, as did Adam who also ate. As Christians, we do have liberty and freedom, but this liberty and freedom is “from sin,” not to indulge in it, or stand ideally by while others we love are headed towards the flames of God’s Judgment.

Jude 1:23: “Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives.”

And no one is borne a homosexual. Homosexuality is a sickness that can be treated, and has been treated. The links I have posted will shed more light on this.

*Some of the people I work with suffer from the bondage of homosexuality. I have spoken to them, in love, about repentance and believing the gospel of Jesus Christ. In Christ, all things are possible, including deliverance from the bondage of homosexuality.

It’s interesting that you quote 1 Corinthians 13:1-13. I love this verse! But right there in the middle is 1 Corinthians 13:6 (which you left out) “Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.”

So “Gar does not speak for me,” have you been loving those who are walking towards the flames of Judgment? Or have you taken upon yourself the role of a false prophet? Please read: Ezekiel 13:1-22 (Pay attention to verse 22).

Mark 16:15-17:
And He (Jesus) said to them, "Go into all the world (including One World) and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

In this letter, Paul warns us that if we continue to practice unrighteous living, we will not go to heaven. He also clearly demonstrates that if we once lived like this, we can change, and we can be saved! Praise God for that! :)

Peace to you.

Romans 14:1

As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions.

Gar,
I also believe in God and if there has to be a label for my faith, for the purpose of semantics, it's Christianity. However, I am saddened by posts like yours that give bad names to many who believe in God and his incomprehensible love -- something that we can't understand fully while here on this Earth. Your words of judgment sound more like a clanging cymbal, as described in I Corinthians.

"If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs...

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."

Besides, do you really want to get into a religious debate on one of the best CF blogs around? Boring...(and so unnecessary).

"Judge not, that you be not judged" is often the wailing cry of false teachers and hardened sinners who misapply the verse to ward off censure for their evil deeds.

"He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD" (Proverbs 17:15).

"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them" (Ephesians 5:11).

And Alex, if you can not relax, telling others to "GFY," does little to validate your argument.

Peace to you.

I always marvel at how righteous people are when judging the behaviors of others as if they aren't sinning themselves by judging others. Hey gar take your lithium and relax, then reread the meaning behind this and if after that you still don't get it then GFY.

Every nation on earth has also "engaged" in killing. That still does not justify murder.

well said Brad

EVERY nation on earth, past and present, has engaged in homosexuality. Worry about yourself and leave everyone alone.

Gar,
1)If nobody practiced homosexuality, imagine how MUCH WORSE the over population issue would be.

2)promiscuous heterosexuals spread disease just as much, if not more.

3)Straight men in Africa w/Aids have been known to gang rape INFANT girls because it's rumored that if you have sex w/a virgin, it will cure you of AIDS.

4) More gays = more poonanny to go around for me.

Brother,
But I do believe in God my friend. In the same way you believe in keeping a high visual horizon when riding your motor. If we don't pay attention to what lies ahead, eventually when it comes up upon us, we will not be ready! We have both seen our share of death in our line of work. It comes to us all eventually. We have even buried our brothers together at times. After death, then comes Judgment. We might fool ourselves otherwise while we are strong and the sting of death is but a distant thought, but we will all eventually die.

"Only fools say in their hearts, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their actions are evil; not one of them does good!" -Psalm 14:1

"Fear of the LORD is the foundation of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in good judgment." -Proverbs 9:10

Oh Gar.... If you don't believe in God then you have nothing to worry about. And there is nothing wrong with that either....

Homosexuality is an abomination. Every nation throughout history that has embraced and accepted it, has failed. So yes, there is plenty wrong with it. It spreads disease, its perverted, and if everyone practiced it, the human race would soon be extinct. Afraid, yes, very mush afraid. Of homosexuals, no! Of God and His Judgement? YES, absolutely!

Derek, maybe we can use this video for people w/chocolate addictions? lol

I'll never eat chocolate ice cream again....

I haven't called it "POO POO" since my age reached double digits.

Homophobia is so freakin' gay! lol.

more gay men = more women to go around for straight guys like me :)

Put it in yo' mouf! lol

Ummm..awkward!
But that third video is amazing! Great skills from the videographer. ;0)

"Eating the poo-poo..." LMFAO!! I think poo-poo is the new word (words?) for the gym. As in: "Raz, that snatch was just poo-poo!"

First of all, is that Uganda video for real? That is hilarious. Yeah, like he just knew way too much about the details to not have some experience. And...what is more inappropriate beyond "fisting" that the children would need to leave at after that??

Secondly, remember that post a couple of days ago about Dreams and Realities. I am changing my answer...I wanted to be Captain Kirk kissing all those women from different planets and space when I was growing up.

Classic post Freddy..this one is for the archive highlights.

His ignorance is poo funny!
