IMHO, 6 to 8 reps at 90% & 14+ reps at 80% are good goals. A lot of people at one world were in that range. If you were way below that, it could have been a myriad of issues. Long day at work, not properly hydrated, not enuff sleeep the night before, etc. Give it a shot again next week. Shoot for a new 3 rep max each time. I did this 4 times in one month and my 3 rep max went up each time.

Attempted this workout, but after determining the x3, I was freaking useless on the 10 and 20%. Why?

Awesome Job, Brad! Know that's the least favorite of your exercises! Wonder how many people think burpees are their least favorite? I bet the list is at least a mile long LOL! Need to make sure I work on burpee!

Great job Brad! I couldn't muster up the energy...or will to give it another try. Probably should have. Looking forward to the last two WOD's!
