Try rubbing the corn in a little bit of mayonnaise, and season it with chili powder, then wrap them in foil and grill them for 10-12 min. It's my new favorite

i've tried it a couple of times...

Ever since you posted that recipe I would make that chicken dish about every other week. I started having difficulty finding that particular marinade about 3-4 weeks ago. Lame. I'll give this one a try! :)

This looks awesome. Admittedly, I do something similar with garlic, lemon juice, seasonings and olive oil. Something about the olive oil makes the chicken nice and tender. Yummy!
