..no wonder I still hate running....

that makes my Helen time faster!!

It will be held from 10 to noon on the respective Saturdays above. Also, I am limiting it to only 6 participants per session. Look forward to seeing you there.

SATURDAY, JULY 16TH - THE SNATCH

YOU MUST REGISTER AT THE FRONT DESK AND PAY THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO EACH CLINIC. THE FEE IS $75. WE WILL LOOK AT YOUR LIFT INDIVIDUALLY AND GIVE YOU FEEDBACK TO HELP IMPROVE YOUR LIFT. AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED ONE OF THESE INITIAL CLASSES YOU WILL BE ABLE TO JOIN OUR WEEKLY SESSIONS TO CONTINUE TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFTING TO LIFT MORE WEIGHT BETTER!!! We will be O-lifting this Wednesday at 7 p.m. instead of this Saturday so people can take off for their 4th of July weekend.

This session is open to all those who have taken a clinic or session with me. Drop in fee is $20.

I just caught your post about fries. If you're ever in Ottawa (I'm not sure why that would happen...but anyway), I'll take you out for some poutine! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poutine ...that is if you're not afraid of a little anti-paleo, swimming in gooey gravy, cheese, several thousand calorie fried potato dish, haha.

Well At least it was in 28 meters more and not less. Even better news is that we are all over trained to run the 400m and 800m. Sweet!

Does that make us even more elite?

What about all the collision investigations you've been doing for the past couple years?

Whaaaat?! I can't believe this. All these times I have been bamboozooled. I thought my Nike+ GPS iPhone App was wrong. I have to recalibrate it again.

Well that explains why my 400 and 800 times have been so bad since I joined OW! (joking)
I did the running workout this morning at 6 a.m. here.
800m 3:35
400m 1:36 and 1:39
200m 38.8 and 41.2 and 38.14 and 38.13

The 200m really winded me. Hey, do I get extra brownie points for the humidity and having to say "ohayogozaimasu" to every old person that I ran by?
