That is what we call a chili moco in Hawaii! We also have the regular loco moco which is rice with hamburger, eggs and gravy. Then there is the fried rice moco which as you can imagine is the same thing except using fried rice. Her in Maui you can get it at almost any local plate lunch restaurant. I am with you Freddy. The over easy eggs mix just right with the chili or hamburger. Next time you here we gotta go to Da Kitchen! They have a HUGE mixed moco plate with teriyaki beef, Teri chicken and chicken katsu, over rice and gravy, but gotta ask for two eggs cu it only comes with one normally.

Tortilla chips and pretzels mixed in with chocolate ice cream. Amaazze-balls.

Waffle House. Eggs, country ham, cheese grits, hashbrowns scattered, smothered, covered, and chunked.

@ JOR - RUSSIAN STYLE. WE AREN'T THAT CRAZY ;) PERSONALLY, I THOUGHT HOLDING IT WITH TWO HANDS RIGHT BEHIND MY HEAD WAS THE EASIEST. =) HAVE FUUUNNN!

Two ultimate cheeseburgers from Jack in the Box. I throw out the bun from the 2nd burger and and have a 4-patty tall ultra-ultimate cheeseburger....and an oreo shake.

Down south here in Savannah - the go to drunk food is Sweet Melissa's pizza. Top notch drunk pizza, its mediocre at best when sober though.

Oh, and speaking of buzz food. One that I like (along with the rest of the culture) is ramen after serious drinking in Japan. This is very common to hit a ramen place on the way stumbling home. Japan is a cool place to drink. Lots of public transportation, taxis, and this service where they will send a car and another driver that drives you home in your car (different insurance and litiqation than here, I guess). Vending machines that sell beer and sake on the street as well.

But ramen after some good drinking with the company and customers...yep, that's the ticket.

Left arm and right arm swings are American or Russian?

And what is the best way to hold the KB while running??

We had some good lifting yesterday with Chyna, Alex, and James Y hitting it hard. James is rehabbing his wrists but was showing off his powerful jerk and deadlift.
Coach Alex was coming off of an all night nursing gig and snuck in a few snatches before going home an crashing hard.
Chyna is wasting no time and is hitting the traing hard. She hit a PR yesterday in her clean and is working on some finetuning on her overall lifts.
Good work everyone!

We will be lifting on Wednesday night this week instead of Saturday. We'll be lifting around 7:15 pm. Please come by and lift if you have taken a clinic or session from me. The fee is $20.

Eggs, Bacon, beans, sausage, chips, black pudding, bubble and squeak, toast, and a pint of Guinness. Mmmm

I'm with Joe..except animal protein style double double...and if in a real bad mode...chocolate shake.

in & out animal style cheeseburger and fries

Taco Bell! Id never be caught dead eating there sober, beef chalupa and a sprite...

Fried Eggs in bacon grease, with bacon and another beer. Or maybe a slice or two of pizza at an all night place. In SF I would always get the hot dogs wrapped in bacon from the street vendors. In the Valley, TACO TRUCK!!!!!!!
