Main site WODs make me want to punch CrossFit in the face.

Btw, speaking of running, have you seen the last two main website WODs? Some 30 reps of a move sandwiched between two 800m runs. Wondering if that is a precursor to what is going to be a Games WOD?

I can't say running is my favorite thing either, but I consider it part of the programming. Even before I knew about the honey badger, when these runs were programmed I just didn't give a shit and did them. I mean if squatting with weight is functional and makes you stronger, why isn't running the same? I mean at some point in any given situation, we are probably going to need to run.

One of the more interesting workouts you programmed was that 40m, 100m, 400m, 800m sprint/run one. I went to that park near Mission San Jose H.S. and did it. It really sucked, but was interesting to me in that I actually posted some good times even though I am not really a sprinter.

Freddy, maybe you should program a week of CFE-like workouts..LOL!

The other cool thing is I can actually do this one during a biz trip. I will hit it tomorrow.

I came in to do Krav this morning. I did the WoD on my own afterwards.

800m: 3 min
400m: 1:25 1:31
200m: :39 :39 :39 :40

Not as fast as I'd like to be, but I was happy to keep a consistent pace.

In slow motion....and would still be faster than all of us.

The honey badger would have run them all backwards!!

I didn't mind having the gym all to myself today. =)
