One of my favorite questions to dudes in training: "Are you hurt or are you injured?"

Most common response: "I'm just hurting..."

Then keep moving.

I had my share of being shit faced. Long ago, me and my cousins tried to kill a whole bottle of henny in 45 minutes on new years eve with only water as a chaser. Took me a good 3 days to recover. NOT A GOOD IDEA BACK THEN AND NOT A GOOD IDEA NOW!!!!! I feel you Jess:-)
